About the Role
As a Casual Educator, you will:
* Step into different rooms and support permanent staff with daily routines and transitions
* Assist in delivering play-based learning aligned with the EYLF
* Be available for flexible shifts Monday to Friday (6:30am – 6:30pm)
* Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
* Bring energy, adaptability, and initiative to every shift
What You'll Need
* Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
* Previous professional experience in a childcare setting (placements not considered)
* A current Working with Children Check (Employee) – VIC requirement
* Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis Certificates (or willingness to obtain)
* Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
* Excellent communication skills and a team-focused mindset
