Description About the role As a Speech Pathologist at Down South Therapy, you will support children, adolescents, and adults to develop communication skills that are meaningful in their everyday lives. You will work across a mix of environments, including our Rockingham clinic, local schools, and community settings. Your role will include: Delivering both individual and group therapy Working collaboratively with families, educators, and other professionals Developing and implementing individualised, functional therapy plans Contributing to a transdisciplinary team approach Participating in supervision, mentoring, and team learning opportunities We structure caseloads and schedules intentionally, including location-based planning, to reduce travel demands and support a sustainable pace of work. There is flexibility to shape your caseload and explore areas of clinical interest, with support to grow your skills over time.
