Your Key Responsibilities
* Lead planning, control, and maintenance of configuration items and baselines across the program.
* Ensure accurate, consistent configuration information for both the current DHFCS and the new EDHFCS as it transitions into service.
* Manage CM activities, coordinate change control forums, oversee technical documentation, and collaborate with engineering, logistics, procurement, and program teams to deliver high-quality, compliant solutions.
About You:
* Bring strong technical capability in Configuration Management with experience managing complex configuration structures, baselines, and change processes.
* Be confident making informed CM decisions, maintaining high data integrity, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and governance.
* Be a collaborative leader who communicates clearly, mentors others, and builds effective relationships across multidisciplinary teams.
* Be committed to improving processes, sharing knowledge, and driving efficient, sustainable CM practices that enhance capability and program outcomes.
