An opportunity is now available for a Construction Supervisor to join the group, working across a western metro Melbourne territory.
You'll be responsible for:
* Overseeing and managing a book of residential home insurance claim repair jobs
* Coordinating trades and subcontractors to deliver quality repair outcomes
* Managing variations to project scope in line with insurer and company expectations
* Monitoring labour and material allowances, addressing exceptions as needed
* Driving high standards across all internal and external repair works
* Preparing accurate documentation in line with customer and insurer requirements
As the ideal applicant, you will have:
* Solid industry experience with proven track record with insurance building projects
* Strong project management and site supervision capabilities
* Results driven mindset with a focus on efficiency and quality outcomes
* Excellent communication skills
* High levels of motivation and a proactive approach
* Knowledge of insurance industry compliance and standards
* A trade background and the ability to work under pressure (highly regarded)
* Good PC skills
