We are seeking a motivated and goal‐driven professional to join the Dulux Acratex team in Adelaide. The role offers a fixed territory with significant potential for business growth, focusing on residential construction and new housing projects. You will acquire new business, upsell to existing customers and drive the business forward.
Ideal candidates possess solid industry experience, effective communication with a diverse community, strong relationship building skills, and the ability to meet the needs of this customer segment. This position benefits from a collaborative, supportive culture and opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Execute a consistent call plan in alignment with the national framework, ensuring effective outreach and engagement with key stakeholders.
* Manage and plan contacts and projects through the CRM database to streamline communication and optimise project tracking.
* Lead the execution of both local and national promotional sales initiatives to boost product visibility and sales performance.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive satisfaction and long‐term loyalty.
* Build a competent level of technical knowledge of our products and systems, that includes an ethos of continual learning and self‐development.

Skills & Experience

* Previous experience in business development, with a proven track record of success in a similar industry or product.
* Commercial mindset with a problem‐solving approach to providing effective solutions tailored to client needs.
* Demonstrated success in growing products or services within a sales role.
* Strong proficiency in CRM systems, IT tools, and call planning.
