This role involves providing assessment and therapy across the lifespan, with plenty of room to focus on your areas of interest. You'll have access to generous professional development opportunities - including supervision from local, national, and international experts - plus ongoing in-house training through the Hummingbird Professional Development Network. You'll see a sustainable caseload of around six sessions or equivalent report-writing hours per day, so your workload is structured and manageable. You'll also have access to AI software to help reduce the administrative load.
