Job Title: Personal Care Worker
About the Role:
As a Personal Care Worker, you will play a crucial role in supporting older people with their daily needs and emotional wellbeing.
Our residential aged care home provides a person-centred approach to care, fostering a collaborative environment where residents can thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality personal care services to residents, including personal hygiene, mobility, eating and drinking, and basic skin care.
Develop and maintain care plans that meet individual resident needs.
Requirements:
A Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent qualification is required. Current students studying towards this qualification are also encouraged to apply.
NDIS Worker Clearance and valid working rights in Australia are mandatory requirements for this position.
