The Role Make a difference in our community! An exciting opportunity has opened for a Family Social Worker position to work in the multi‐disciplinary Enhanced Maternal and Child Health Service to provide Social work for families and their young children experiencing challenges.
About You
* Do you hold a relevant tertiary qualification in Social Work and a current Working with Children Check?
* Do you have experience working with families of children 0-3 years experiencing multiple and complex challenges?
* Do you have a demonstrated ability to work in families using a partnership approach and an ability to navigate systems related to advocacy and support?
* Are you keen to work in a supportive multidisciplinary team and embrace collaboration to achieve optimal outcomes for your families?
* Are you an excellent communicator who enjoys educating and motivating others?
