Partnered with our host, ProMinent, we are seeking a full-time Logistics Specialist Trainee to join the warehouse team in Acacia Ridge.
ProMinent, headquartered in Heidelberg, Germany, is a global leader in chemical fluid metering and monitoring, operating in over 60 countries. In Australia since 1976, ProMinent Fluid Controls provides chemical dosing, water treatment systems, and pumps with full-service support.
This two-year traineeship offers hands-on experience in warehousing operations and the opportunity to earn a TLI30321 Certificate III in Supply Chain Operations, preparing you for a successful career in logistics.
Job Details
In this role, you will receive full training across warehouse operations, stores management, and administrative support building a strong foundation for a career in logistics or supply chain management.
Warehouse Operations
- Receive, inspect, and store goods using correct handling methods
- Pick, pack, and dispatch orders accurately and efficiently
- Operate warehouse equipment (training provided)
- Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment
Stores Management
- Monitor inventory and assist with stock replenishment
- Conduct stock checks, cycle counts, and stocktakes
- Identify and report damaged, expired, or misplaced items
- Support inventory rotation, labelling, and tracking
Administrative Support
- Update inventory records in warehouse systems
- Prepare shipping labels, delivery notes, and related documents
- Liaise with suppliers, couriers, and internal teams
- Generate reports on stock movements and discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with policies and regulations

Requirements
- Own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s licence
