Service Delivery Role
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Service Delivery Officers. The role involves working in a contact centre environment, providing excellent service to clients during scheduled hours.
* Deliver top-notch service to clients via phone calls to help them meet their obligations.
* Process account activities received through multiple channels (phone, paper, web-chat, email, online portals).
* Apply relevant policies and procedures to inform decision making.
* Ensure accurate records of outcomes, actions, and agreements.
* Collaborate with colleagues to resolve issues and contribute to continuous improvement.
This is an APS 2 role that requires strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
The ideal candidate will be able to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain accuracy while meeting deadlines.
