Role Overview
We are expanding our team at two busy depots in Sunbury and Craigieburn. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our facilities, and working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Your primary focus will be on delivering an outstanding customer experience, ensuring that our customers feel welcome and valued. This will involve greeting customers, providing information on our services, and assisting with any queries or issues they may have.
In addition to your customer-facing role, you will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our depots, including general cleaning and maintenance tasks. You will work closely with our depot supervisors to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally
* Maintain the cleanliness and organization of our depots, including general cleaning and maintenance tasks
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
* Assist with any additional duties as required by the depot supervisor
Requirements
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
* A high level of physical fitness, with the ability to lift and move heavy objects (if required)
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
* Flexible approach to work, with willingness to work varied shifts and overtime as needed
