The PM Office is responsible for driving strategic alignment, operational effectiveness, and scalable growth across EasyPark ANZ. This team acts as a critical quality gate, embedding governance frameworks, commercial discipline, and best practices that set the standard for delivery excellence. It plays a key role in shaping the company's approach to client delivery, portfolio management, and continuous improvement, empowering EasyPark ANZ to consistently deliver 'WOW' in every client interaction.
The Role
The Program Manager will lead complex end-to-end project delivery, coordinating stakeholders and cross-functional teams including product, technology and service operations. Projects vary from 3-week implementations to complex integrations of our mobile app and digital permits product to partners' parking management/ billing and enforcement technologies. Our work is high impact and fast paced The Program Manager will ensure alignment across workstreams, remove ambiguity, build delivery confidence and provide leadership to Product Implementation Specialists who have a dotted line relationship to the Program Manager.
In addition to direct project delivery responsibilities, the Program Manager will play a pivotal role in helping shape this newly established function's mandate, which includes embedding best practices, governance frameworks, and commercial discipline to drive delivery excellence and uplift operational effectiveness across the business. This will involve supporting the establishment and continuous refinement of foundational portfolio management processes and tools. The Program Manager will be instrumental in helping shape the function's operating model, setting the standards for scalable, high-quality delivery as the organisation continues to grow.

Project & Program Management
* Successfully lead and navigate highly complex, multi-faceted projects and programs, often involving significant ambiguity, cross-functional dependencies, and strategic importance.
* Manage project governance, including scope, timelines, budget, risk, and commercial considerations.
* Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, reports and artefacts, driving transparency and accountability through structured reviews and continuous improvement.
* Provide financial oversight of project budgets, ensuring accurate cost tracking and control.
Process Improvement, Governance & Delivery Maturity
* Establish and embed best practices, frameworks, and tools to drive consistent project execution across the business.
* Contribute to the design and refinement of portfolio management processes, including intake, prioritisation, and resource planning.
* Lead retrospectives and lessons learned activities to support ongoing improvement and delivery maturity.
Stakeholder Management & Leadership
* Act as the central point of coordination across internal teams, clients, and external partners.
* Build trusted relationships with stakeholders, ensuring clarity of expectations and alignment of delivery efforts.
* Navigate matrixed structures and manage dotted line relationships to drive coordinated execution
Delivery Assurance & Transition Readiness
* Oversee delivery readiness, including testing coordination and alignment to business requirements.
* Work with product and technical teams to support smooth transitions into business-as-usual operations or client environments.
* Identify and help address change impacts, supporting successful adoption of project or program outcomes.
Knowledge & Experience
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or a related field
* Industry certifications such as PMP, PMBOK, CAPM and/or CSM
* 7+ years program and project management experience in software development environments, working across Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies, with demonstrated success in leading complex, large-scale programs or strategic projects
* Solid foundation in business analysis, with practical experience defining solution requirements, mapping business processes, and establishing validation criteria to ensure fit-for-purpose outcomes
* Demonstrated experience in professional services environments, with a sound understanding of client-centric delivery, stakeholder expectations, and the need to balance commercial priorities with quality outcomes
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage, influence, and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders across all levels
* Excellent risk management and problem-solving capabilities
* Portfolio management experience in a PMO setting is highly regarded
* Proficient with software tools including Google Workspace, Atlassian suite (e.g. Jira, Confluence), Asana, and similar project portfolio management platforms
