We are seeking a full-time permanent Dispatch Forklift Operator for a busy warehouse/dispatch environment in Erskine Park. This is a genuine permanent opportunity with a stable Monday-to-Friday day shift. About the Role You will play a key part in daily dispatch operations, ensuring goods are accurately picked, staged, and loaded for on-time delivery. This is a hands-on role with some team leadership responsibilities in a safety-first, fast-paced warehouse. What You'll Be Doing Operating a counterbalance forklift to load and unload trucks from both side and rear doors Using SAP (or similar warehouse management systems) to process dispatch orders, scan stock, and maintain accurate records Staging pallets and preparing loads for dispatch Performing pre-start forklift checks and maintaining a clean, safe work area Assisting with team coordination and providing guidance to other warehouse staff Working safely and efficiently to meet daily dispatch targets What You Need Proven experience operating a counterbalance forklift (current high-risk work licence preferred) Experience with SAP or any other business management/warehouse system Demonstrated ability in loading/unloading trucks from side and rear Strong safety awareness and a proactive safety-conscious attitude Previous team leading or mentoring experience is highly regarded Reliable, physically fit, and able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment What's On Offer Permanent full-time position with immediate start available Attractive hourly rate of $36 per hour Full-time roster Monday to Friday - 07:30am to 3:30pm Annual leave and sick leave accruals paid on top of your hourly rate Modern warehouse facility with great team culture Ongoing training and development opportunities Applicants must be interview-ready and available to meet with the management team at short notice.
