We are on the lookout for a Business Development Manager – Industrial Services to join our team in Stapylton. The successful person will play a critical role in driving growth within Evoro’s Non-Destructive Digging (NDD), Drain Cleaning, and associated civil service lines across the Queensland market.
Reporting directly to the GM QLD, the BDM will work closely with operations, scheduling, and customer service teams to ensure seamless project delivery and a consistent, customer-first experience. This role suits a commercially minded sales professional who thrives on developing new markets, building long-term customer partnerships, and delivering tangible revenue outcomes.

Qualification & Experience
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally within NDD, drain cleaning, industrial services, or civil construction.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving market expansion.
* Experience working with Tier 1–3 civil contractors, utilities, and government agencies.
* Strong understanding of pricing, contract negotiation, and tender processes.
* Proficiency with CRM systems and the Microsoft Office suite.
* Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel across QLD as required.
