In a supportive environment, our youth-focused rehabilitation service empowers young people (16–21) to transition from acute mental health care to community living. As a Family Engagement Specialist, you'll collaborate with families and partners to ensure young people achieve their recovery goals, build independence, and thrive.
1. Provide direct support to young people, fostering independence and recovery through one-on-one coaching, group programs, and tailored activities.
2. Deliver family engagement initiatives, including education, advocacy, and connections to external services, to strengthen relationships and promote well-being.
3. Mentor and guide professionals in family-inclusive practice, promoting high-quality service outcomes.
We're seeking an experienced and compassionate individual to join our team. If you have tertiary qualifications in Mental Health, Psychology, Social Work, or Occupational Therapy, along with expertise in family engagement work and co-design approaches, we'd love to hear from you.
A competitive salary packaging option is available, offering up to $15,899 p.a. to reduce taxable income and cover living expenses. We also offer an Employee Assistance Program and professional development opportunities.
