The Opportunity
As a Business Support Officer at PON Projects, you'll provide vital administrative and operational support to projects across both QLD and NSW. Working from our Acacia Ridge office, you'll assist with procurement, documentation, client and supplier coordination, and general office support to ensure smooth project delivery across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Allocate and manage purchase orders using Simpro
- Raise and track purchase and work orders
- Assist with quote requests, invoice checks, and timesheets
- Upload and manage project documentation via SharePoint
- Support handover processes (including photo labelling and SWMS checks)
- Help maintain WIP tracking and service job updates
- Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for handover documents
- Assist with fleet bookings and general vehicle management What You'll Bring
