Senior Culinary Director
The Senior Culinary Director will spearhead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional daily meals and events. They will oversee strategic catering operations, drive food forecasting and stock control initiatives, and champion robust food safety and quality protocols.
The ideal candidate possesses a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery and at least 3 years of experience as a Head Chef or in a similar leadership role. They must be a confident and visionary leader with expert knowledge of HACCP, allergen protocols, and food safety practices.
