Operations and Production Coordinator Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Operations and Production coordinator to lead our end-to-end operations, elevate team performance, and embed scalable systems and processes.
* Reset production and warehousing operations.
* Translate demand planning into timely production schedules.
* Own the lifecycle of overseas procurement, shipment planning, and local production.
* Production Leadership: Own production output from raw material readiness to final goods dispatch.
* Drive alignment between warehouse, design, demand planning, and accounts.
* Ensure on-time delivery performance to national retailers.
* Coordinate filling and packing based on demand and staff availability.
* Implement scheduling tools and refine templates.
* Set clear KPIs with documented performance feedback.
* Oversee quality assurance and risk control processes.
* Lead executive reporting with structured updates.
Requirements:
* 5 years' experience in FMCG production or operational leadership.
* Proven experience in lifting team performance and overhauling broken processes.
* Advanced planning, scheduling, and spreadsheet competency.
