Job Opportunity: Legal Support Officer
The Crown Solicitor's Office is seeking a highly skilled and efficient administrative professional to provide support to a team of solicitors within the Commercial, Environment and Native Title Section. Working primarily within a digital environment, the successful candidate will be responsible for contributing to the smooth running of the office by providing an effective administrative and secretarial support service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative and secretarial support to solicitors and other staff members
* Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures
* Assist with the coordination of meetings, events and other activities
* Maintain accurate records and files
* Perform other related duties as required
Requirements:
* Diploma or degree in a relevant field (e.g. business administration, legal studies)
* Proven experience in an administrative or secretarial role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* High level of organization and time management skills
