Established in ****, Vasse Felix is Margaret River's founding wine estate, encompassing four specialty vineyards. We have an opportunity for a Vineyard Manager to join our dynamic and supportive Viticultural Team.
The viticulture program is sensitive to the unique needs of Margaret River's pristine environment and ancient soils. Farmed holistically, we've developed a specialised system for nourishing soil health, vine longevity and natural biodiversity. It draws upon over 50 years' work, balancing ancient farming methods with modern viticulture.
The characterful wines are reputed for their small batch, minimal intervention winemaking, reflecting our unique sites and thoughtful viticulture. The Vasse Felix Winery and Vineyards are certified members of Sustainable Winegrowing Australia.
We are seeking an experienced Vineyard Manager to join our supportive and innovative viticulture team.
The successful applicant will have a tertiary qualification in viticulture or equivalent proven industry experience and will have a high level understanding of the relationship between grape and wine quality.
