Organisation Development Consultant – Macquarie Group
A 12-month contract role within the Risk Management Group.
You will support the delivery of organisation development and talent-management solutions, working closely with the Global Talent Lead to align initiatives with the Group's strategy.
Responsibilities
• Deliver the annual performance and talent cycle, including communication, change management, capability-building initiatives and data governance.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate processes while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Contribute to organisational-development initiatives such as inclusion, recognition, employee engagement and design.
What you bring
Bachelor's degree or relevant tertiary/professional qualifications in HR, business or a related field.
Previous experience supporting organisational-development initiatives (performance, talent, inclusion, employee engagement).
Experience in project and change management.
Ability to collaborate within a global team and influence stakeholders across regions and cultures.
Strong communication skills and facilitation experience with talent-management stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills – ability to compile, analyse and interpret data to drive actionable insights.
A learning mindset and problem-solving skills.
