As the initial point of contact for visitors and callers, you'll play a key role in ensuring a professional and positive experience.
* Welcoming and assisting visitors to ensure a warm and professional welcome
* Managing the communication system and directing calls to the right departments
* Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence and courier services
* Scheduling and monitoring meeting room usage
* Reviewing paperwork and completing file checks
* Booking customer appointments and tours
* Ordering engineering schedules, window layouts, heating/cooling designs, and energy reports
* Assisting with following up soil surveys, pre-lodgements, and verifying land availability with developers
* Providing administration support to the management team as required
