Job Summary
Summary: Prepare food according to federal, state, and corporate standards, ensuring quality service at all times.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Prepare high-quality food items following standardized recipes to meet schedules.
* Serve meals or prepare for delivery, ensuring correct portioning, temperature, and presentation. Taste all prepared food.
* Use established ticket procedures during service and maintain records.
* Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and store excess food safely.
* Keep refrigerators and storerooms clean and organized.
* Operate and maintain kitchen equipment.
* Assist in production planning, record keeping, and ordering supplies.
* Report maintenance issues promptly.
* Attend safety and in-service meetings.
* Maintain positive relationships with coworkers and customers.
* Follow safety standards, including HACCP, and company policies on equipment and safety gear.
