Gold Coast Infrastructure Solutions is a Joint Venture that has been awarded a contract to deliver water and wastewater repairs, maintenance services, and project works for the City of Gold Coast.
* We have an opportunity for a Project Manager to join the team in a full-time, permanent capacity based at our Arundel depot. Overseeing a team of Engineers and Supervisors, the Project Manager is responsible to deliver optimal project outcomes through effective management, estimating and leadership.

Responsibilities include:
* Manage, coordinate and deliver renewals and capital works projects simultaneously, including financial management, technical reporting, adherence to safety management systems.
* Manage the selection and onboarding of delivery partners, in conjunction with commercial and safety teams.
* Report on project and program performance and progress, including development of solutions to issues that compromise attainment of agreed performance targets.
* Coordinate contributions to the tender process across projects to ensure the right inputs are gathered to respond to client requests.
* Prepare and maintain progress against schedules for the delivery of projects.
* Develop project budgets, cost reports and forecasts and monitor and control project costs.
* Assist with the identification of potential hazardous site activities and ensure appropriate procedures and controls are implemented.
* Lead effective relationships with Design Partners to provide critical input into the design of assets, to ensure value for money outcomes.
* Ensure consideration of community, environment, operations and maintenance issues are integrated into the selection of preferred options for projects during the planning and design process.
* Develop capability of Project Engineers in effective management, subcontractor management, estimating processes etc.

About You
* Cert IV or higher Project Management qualifications.
* Leadership Qualifications highly regarded.
* Experience in the water sector or civil construction desirable.
* Evidence of immunity or willingness to obtain vaccination to gain immunity to Hepatitis A & B.
