About the Role:
* Design and deliver high-quality learning programs that meet the needs of our diverse workforce
* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their training requirements and develop targeted solutions
* Manage projects effectively, ensuring timely delivery and budget management
* Demonstrate expertise in e-learning authoring tools, such as Articulate Rise, and SCORM files
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including program sponsors and subject matter experts
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning design and delivery
Key Qualifications:
* Proven experience in learning design, development, and delivery, with a focus on adult learning principles
* Strong project management skills, with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
* Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools, including Articulate Rise and SCORM files
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks
