About the roleAs the Installation Manager/Surveyor at Formalux Windows and Doors, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful installation of premium windows and doors for our residential and commercial clients across the Perth region.
This full-time position is responsible for managing the end-to-end installation process, ensuring exceptional customer service and high-quality workmanship.
This is a key role within our company and is a senior management position.
What you'll be doing
Conducting on-site surveys and measurements to inform the production and installation of custom-made windows and doors.
Coordinating and supervising the installation teams to guarantee timely, efficient and professional service delivery.
Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, managing their expectations and addressing any concerns throughout the installation process.
Ensuring all installations adhere to relevant building codes, safety standards and company policies.
Using our design and production software to input and update job sizes and specs.
Identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to the ongoing development of installation procedures.
Providing hands-on support and mentoring to the installation crews as needed.
What we're looking for
Extensive experience (3+ years) in a similar installation management or surveying role within the window and door industry, Upvc experience is highly desirable.
Solid understanding of building codes, construction techniques and safety regulations.
Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a solutions-focused approach.
Proficient in using measurement and analysis tools.
Ability to lead and motivate installation teams to deliver high-quality work.
Valid driver's licence.
