We are recruiting a Support Worker to provide psychosocial support to people living with mental illnesses.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide direct support to individuals with mental illnesses.
* Work independently and contribute to the functioning of the team.
* Model positive behaviours, emotional maturity, coping skills and resilience.
This role requires travel to meet clients in various locations across the Perth Metropolitan Area. Travel will primarily be in the Peel region.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Completion of or progress towards a relevant qualification (Certificate II/III), and/or relevant work experience, and/or lived experience.
* Ability to engage with individuals within different levels of needs and build and maintain a professional relationship.
