We are seeking an experienced and passionate chef who can lead our kitchen team and create memorable dining experiences for vulnerable individuals.
Key Qualifications
* Certified Commercial Cookery skills with 5+ years of post-qualification experience
* Working with Vulnerable People Card or ability to obtain one (required)
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience working with apprentices and trainees
* Passion for food, community, and minimising food waste
* Fundraising and budgeting experience a bonus
* Full working rights (Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident only)
