About the Project
The Midland Station Project, delivered by the Midland Junction Alliance (MJA), is a major rail upgrade partnership between PTA, McConnell Dowell, Georgiou, BG&E, and Arcadis.
Running through mid-2026, this flagship infrastructure project is set to transform Perth's rail network for decades to come.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and proactiveQuality Managerto champion quality assurance and compliance across this high-profile project.
You'll take the lead in ensuring all engineering and construction activities meet rigorous standards and contractual requirements, driving continuous improvement and building a culture of quality excellence.
Responsibilities
Onboarding engineers and quality team members to the Quality Management Plan (QMP) requirements relevant to their scope.
Defining and enforcing supplier and subcontractor quality expectations within contract documentation.
Developing and maintaining the Project Audit Schedule, coordinating internal and external audits.
Leading investigations of non-conformances, identifying root causes, and implementing effective corrective actions.
Ensuring inspection and testing controls are in place for all construction works, materials, and equipment both onsite and offsite.
About You
You bring a strong track record in quality management within complex construction or infrastructure projects, ideally in rail or heavy civil sectors.
You are a natural leader who inspires teams to achieve and sustain the highest standards of quality, compliance, and safety.
Ideal Candidate Will Have
Residency in Western Australia with the ability to commute to Midland site daily.
Proven experience managing quality systems on large infrastructure or construction projects.
Deep knowledge of Quality Management Plans, audit processes, and non-conformance management.
Strong problem-solving mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
Relevant qualifications in quality, engineering, or construction disciplines.
