About the Company
We are a Multinational Company Specialising in Manufacturing Products for the Construction and Building Industry.
Our Headquarters are Based in Emu Plains, with Offices and Distributors Spanning Throughout Australia, South East Asia and the South Pacific.
Onsite Support is Available for All Aspects of the Business from Specification through to Installation.
Your New Role
Reporting to the Supply Chain Leader
This Role is Responsible for Planning, Analysing and Monitoring the Organisation's Supply Chain Distribution to Ensure Products Reach Their Destinations in a Timely, Cost-Efficient Manner.
Duties Include:
1. Manage Material Requirements to Increase Inventory Turns and Reduce Levels on Hand
2. Create and Maintain Minimum/Maximum Inventory Levels
3. Establish and Maintain Inventory Policy
4. Create Dashboards or Monitor Raw Material Requirements Daily
5. Lead Cost-Reduction Initiatives Through Data-Driven Insights
6. Optimise Production Schedules Using Data Analysis
7. Monitor Inventory Levels, Analyse Demand Patterns and Optmise Stock Levels
About You
We Are Seeking an Experienced Professional with:
• At Least 1 Year of Experience in a Similar Manufacturing Role
• 2-3 Years of Experience in Demand Planning
• Proven Experience as a Supply Chain Analyst
• Advanced Excel Skills
• Exposure to Pronto CRM (Desirable)
• Strong Communication and Report-Writing Skills
• Detail-Oriented with Strong Data Analysis Abilities
