This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced
**Operations Manager** to join our expanding national network.
Based at our growing logistics facility in
You'll and be capable of driving a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring customer expectations are exceeded, and empowering and fostering a harmonious work environment.
**Key Accountabilities**
- Driving a strong safety culture across the warehouse
- Building a strong team culture and developing the operations team
- Staff utlisation against day-to-day requirements and projects
- Ensure inbound/outbound logistics functions meet KPI's within a 3PL environment
- Partner with the Inventory Manager to ensure control of customer inventory
- Identify continuous improvements and encourage an innovative culture
- Develop and implement activities to support existing and new products and services
- 5+ years of proven people management experience within Warehousing & Logistics
- Experience leading warehousing teams and developing leaders
- Superior knowledge of warehouse operations within a 3PL environment
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Proven continuous improvement and problem solving skills
- Experience using a Warehouse Management System and RF scanners
- Valid forklift licence
