Tile Empire (formerly Tile Boutique) is a trusted WA-owned family business specialising in quality tile design and supply, and project support across residential and commercial construction. As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Tiling Estimator to join our Osborne Park team. This full time role is based out of our Osborne Park head office.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in estimating, construction documentation, or building products who enjoys working with builders, and internal teams to deliver accurate, professional quoting and project support.

About the Role
As a Tiling Estimator / Project Support Consultant, you will play a key role in preparing accurate tile quantity take-offs and estimates while supporting builders, and internal showroom teams staff and our Builders Liaison Department. You will be responsible for interpreting construction drawings, developing supply and installation quotes, and ensuring estimating accuracy from concept through to order, which aligns with approved costing benchmarks.
You will work closely with the Showroom Managers, and Sales Consultants and the Tile Empire Builders Liaison department, and will report directly to management.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare accurate tile quantity take offs and estimates based on construction drawings and measured quantities
* Interpret architectural and construction plans, specifications, and layouts
* Utilise PlanSwift software for digital take offs and estimating
* Liaise directly with builders, and internal showroom staff plus our Builders Liaison staff to clarify job requirements and layouts
* Develop tile supply and installation quotations for retail and builder clients
* Coordinate with the Showroom Manager regarding installation packages and project requirements
* Assist with revisions, variations, and estimate updates as required
* Maintain with accuracy all estimating records and documentation
Who You Are
* Experienced in estimating, construction documentation, or building products (tiles experience highly regarded)
* Confident interpreting plans and specifications
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise professionally with builders and clients and all internal staff
* Comfortable working with estimating software and computer systems (PlanSwift experience preferred)
* Proactive, reliable, and able to manage multiple estimates at once
* A team player with a strong work ethic and problem solving mindset
