About the Role:
* Manage daily centre operations, including staffing, policies, and procedures.
* Inspire and support Educators and Teachers through leadership, guidance, and development opportunities.
* Design engaging activities for children's holistic development.
* Prioritise children's safety and well-being, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
Your Qualifications:
* ACECQA approved Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education.
* Minimum 3 years of experience working in a licensed childcare centre or similar setting, including leadership experience.
* Current Working with Children Check.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
