Overview
Join The Sporting Globe as a Head Chef, Sous Chef, or Chef de Parties across our Western Australia venues. This full‑time role offers a salary of $70,000 to $90,000, a performance bonus, in‑person work, and the opportunity to deliver high‑quality food in a vibrant sports bar and grill environment.
Responsibilities
* Ensure all meals are cooked the way The Sporting Globe standards specify.
* Follow national recipes, plating guides, and maintain consistent quality and speed.
* Maintain a sparkling clean kitchen, adhere to all food safety and hygiene guidelines.
* Allocate staff sections and secondary duties throughout shifts, manage general kitchen operations with the Sous and Head Chef.
* Contribute to Back of House Management to improve menu items, develop specials, and create limited‑time offer ideas.
* Manage stock ordering, delivery receipts, temperature log reporting.
Qualifications
* Diploma in a relevant culinary field and/or 2–3 years of relevant kitchen experience.
* 2–3 years of relevant work experience, with a strong focus on high‑volume restaurant and pub environments.
* Working rights for employment in Australia.
