Salary: $116,892.00 - $120,680.00 (Pro-rata) + Super + Salary packaging
About The Role
* Deliver expert clinical care for complex foot conditions across inpatient, outpatient, and outreach settings, using advanced assessment tools and holistic approaches.
* Lead the development of a Model of Care and clinical pathways to provide tailored services for vulnerable populations, including participation in relevant research projects.
* Work autonomously and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary High Risk Foot Service, advocating for patients and coordinating care to reduce hospital readmissions.
* Educate patients, carers, and staff, supervise students, and provide clinical guidance to enhance service delivery and support continuous learning.
* Adapt to changing caseloads with flexible prioritisation, act as a community resource, and contribute to service development that meets patient needs.
About You
* Genuine integrity with a strong commitment to the Philosophy, Mission, and Values of Mary Aikenhead Ministries and St Vincent's Health Australia.
* Recognised degree in Podiatry, current AHPRA registration, unrestricted NSW driver's licence, and availability to work one weekday (Monday to Friday).
* Extensive postgraduate clinical experience—minimum 5 years—in acute and community High Risk Foot clinics, with specialist skills in wound management and offloading, including casting.
* Excellent decision‐making, negotiation, and advocacy skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and organisational levels.
* Self‐motivated and adaptable, able to work independently and as part of multidisciplinary teams, applying advanced clinical reasoning in complex and critical situations.
* Strong communicator with proficient computer skills (MS Word, Email, electronic medical records) and a commitment to ongoing professional development, quality improvement, and evidence‐based practice.
