Job Summary
Administration and Accounts Support Role
This position oversees day-to-day administration and accounts operations, providing executive-level administrative support to senior leadership.
* Manage transactional accounting functions including AP, AR, payroll, BAS/IAS, superannuation, and reconciliations.
* Prepare financial reports to support forecasting, budgets, audits, and compliance.
* Coordinate meetings, reports, and other administrative tasks for senior executives.
* Oversee admin duties, operations, facilities, and supplier relationships.
* Manage relationships with external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Financial Management: Oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
* Administrative Support: Provide executive-level administrative support to senior leaders, including coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
* Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, including admin duties, facilities management, and supplier relationships.
* Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including suppliers and clients.
