We are looking for a passionate and skilled Strength and Conditioning Coach / Group Trainer to join our dynamic team.

Job Description: We are seeking an energetic and knowledgeable Strength and Conditioning Coach / Group Trainer who can deliver high-quality, motivating group fitness sessions to our members. The ideal candidate will be confident in leading functional strength training, providing individualised options where necessary, and ensuring all sessions align with our programming and ethos.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead group classes as per the gym timetable, adhering to In.Volve Fitness's programming.
* Offer individualised exercise modifications when necessary (e.g., for injuries or limitations) while maintaining the integrity of the class program.
* Create a positive, motivating, and inclusive environment for all members.
* Assist members in achieving their fitness goals through proper technique, encouragement, and adherence to the programme.
* Ensure all sessions are conducted safely, prioritising the wellbeing of participants.
* Support the broader coaching team in delivering consistent, high-quality training experiences.

Requirements
* Certificate III and IV in Fitness or equivalent qualifications in strength and conditioning.
* Experience leading group fitness or strength and conditioning classes.
* Strong understanding of strength and conditioning principles, with the ability to follow a structured programme.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire and motivate members of all fitness levels.
* First Aid and CPR certification.
* Availability to lead classes on weekdays and weekends as per the timetable.
* Commitment to professional development and delivering high-quality coaching.
