Senior Facilities Manager Position
Our organization is seeking an experienced Senior Facilities Manager to oversee the operation and maintenance of our assets.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of facilities management principles, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role. They will be responsible for managing asset issues, coordinating efficient responses, and ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and environmental standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage asset issues and coordinate efficient responses
* Ensure facilities meet government regulations and environmental standards
* Supervise delivery of base building projects, renovations or refurbishments
* Develop and implement sustainability initiatives
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a facilities management role
* Familiarity with the operation of Building Services (lifts, fire, electrical etc.)
* High level written and verbal communication skills
* Ability in financial, budgeting, forecasting, business planning and contract monitoring
