The primary responsibility of this role is to leverage strategic sales expertise to drive business growth and expand customer relationships.
Key accountabilities include:
1. Collaborating with the executive general manager to develop and execute sales strategies, ensuring quarterly and annual targets are met.
2. Conducting market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activity, and customer demands.
3. Establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships through effective communication, negotiation, and contract management.
4. Overseeing the execution and risk control of international product orders, payment collection, delivery, and other projects.
5. Promoting the company's brand globally and fostering cross-functional collaboration.
6. Adhering to the leader's instructions and undertaking any additional responsibilities assigned.
Requirements:
1. Hold a degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, marketing, international trade, or management.
2. Accumulate at least 5 years of sales experience, with 3+ years of international sales experience and familiarity with the wind power or new energy industry.
3. Develop strong communication, interpersonal, and learning abilities, as well as keen observational skills.
4. Excel in using common office software and possess English language proficiency for work purposes.
5. Exhibit a sense of responsibility, teamwork, and adaptability to short- and long-term business travel.
