Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
Develop and execute business strategies aligned with ConX Hire's vision and growth objectives
Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams
Translate company goals into clear operational plans and KPIs
Operations & Performance
Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and consistency
Oversee Branch and Department Manager's operational initiatives to ensure the business activities are contributing to the short- and long-term objectives
Coaching and mentoring with direct reports and ensure regular contact is made regarding business developments and performance
Establish the marketing plans, key client strategies, and sales forecasts, and undertake market share analysis to ensure achievement of budgeted profit targets
Establish and optimize processes across hiring, client onboarding, and service delivery
Monitor financial performance, budgets, and cost controls
Lead sales and account management efforts to drive client acquisition and retention
Build strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
Recruit, develop, and lead high-performing teams
Set clear expectations, provide coaching, and manage performance
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Own P&L responsibility and financial forecasting
Track revenue, margins, and operating expenses
Report performance metrics and insights to ownership or executive leadership
Compliance & Risk
Ensure compliance with relevant labour, safety, and industry regulations
Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies
Qualifications
Proven experience as a General Manager, Operations Manager, or senior leadership role
Strong background in construction, industrial services, staffing, or B2B platforms (preferred)
Demonstrated success in scaling operations and managing teams
Solid financial and analytical skills with P&L responsibility
Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities
