* Develop and implement individualised care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
* Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care and achieve excellent outcomes.
* Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
* Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:
* Degree in Nursing or related field.
* Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
* Experience working in aged care or a related field.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
