Job Description Assist with donor care and fundraising activities Manage and update donor database Support with donor communication and engagement Act as the first point of contact for donors, managing inquiries and donations Facilitate the processing and allocation of donations and receipts through a variety of channels (direct mail, email, phone) Coordinate regular giving processing each month, working in collaboration with the team Support the team with campaigns and other special fundraising projects Maintain positive and seamless communication with the team to ensure smooth operations and prompt donor responses The Successful Applicant Prior experience in a similar role within the Not For Profit industry Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organisational and planning abilities Ability to take initiative and work confidently Understanding of the donor journey and customer relationships A working knowledge of donor management systems (e.g., ThankQ, Salesforce, Raiser's Edge) Strong attention to detail and experience with manual processing systems What's on Offer A supportive and inclusive team environment Gain experience in a large organisation with a strong community focus An opportunity to work in the charity sector and make a real difference Access to training and a chance to work alongside experienced professionals in donor care and fundraising If you're passionate about making a difference and want to contribute to a cause that matters, we encourage you to apply for this position or email
