As a senior urban planning professional, you will be responsible for managing a unit of 5 people reporting to the Director. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your leadership skills and drive strategic projects in a collaborative, family-minded environment.
The ideal candidate will have strong project management expertise, exceptional communication abilities, and be able to maintain active briefs on planning controls, regulations, and technology. They will also be responsible for liaising with Councils and other authorities, clients, and their representatives, as well as handling monthly invoicing and ongoing professional development.

Requirements and Qualifications:
* Bachelor of Town Planning or equivalent relevant experience
* Member of the Planning Institute or equivalent
* Exceptional communication and leadership skills
* Identifies problems, manages, then enacts solutions
