Job Title: Senior Civil Engineer - Pavement Asset Management
As a Senior Civil Engineer in our pavement asset management team, you will play a pivotal role in developing and optimising pavement asset management programs. Your technical expertise and data-driven approach will enable you to provide defensible advice and support decision-making processes within the organisation.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' experience in pavement asset management, along with a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential for this role, as well as practical experience with dTIMS, ARMIS/ChartView, DVR, and MS Office.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Developing and refining resurfacing/rehabilitation programs using advanced technologies like dTIMS
* Analysing datasets from various sources, including ARMIS/ChartView, RoadLink, and investigation data
* Maintaining and enhancing asset databases such as PM1 and ADVICE
* Contributing to options analysis and pavement design selection processes
* Producing concise reports and briefings to stakeholders
* Mentoring team members and fostering collaboration
Requirements
* Minimum 10 years' experience in pavement asset management or related field
* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; RPEQ/CPEng highly desirable
* Practical experience with dTIMS, familiarity with ARMIS/ChartView, DVR, and MS Office
* Strong communication, stakeholder, and time-management skills
* Current Class C driver's licence and ability to attend site inspections
* Australian work rights and willingness to complete a Criminal History Check
