Job Type: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
Location: Ulverstone, Tasmania
Here at Paragon Advisors & Accountants we pride ourselves in putting our clients' needs first. We are a locally owned business with offices in Ulverstone, Sheffield, and Launceston, with clients based all over the state.
We are currently seeking a friendly, positive, enthusiastic person to join the team as our receptionist.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
1. Making appointments
2. Greeting clients upon arrival
3. Attending to daily mail and banking
4. Collating completed work for clients
5. Lodging tax returns with the ATO
6. Liaising with ATO as directed
Qualifications & Experience:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role is desirable
* Proficient skills in the Microsoft Office suite
* Australian Resident
Skills & Other Competencies:
* Excellent communication skills when liaising with both clients and colleagues
* Organised and effective at managing time and resources efficiently
* Ability to work under pressure, autonomously as well as in collaboration with others
* A positive and professional attitude
