* Assist with all internal and external marketing campaigns, producing content for projects and initiatives to enhance lead generation.
* Analyse existing marketing collateral with a critical eye and identify opportunities for improvement.
* Support in the execution and reporting of commercial marketing activities including lead and demand generation campaigns.
* Work with the marketing manager and support the commercial team with marketing requirements.

Responsibilities
* Create and publish content designed to promote the businesses products or services on social media and digital platforms.
* To grow an audience, build brand awareness and increase sales.
* Schedule the release of, and updates to, marketing content on all platforms.
* Track and report on key performance indicators (KPls) to measure the success of marketing efforts.
* Use tools and techniques such as pay per click, SEO and tracking customer behaviour on websites to better understand online consumer behaviour; with the aim of improving marketing campaigns and increasing sales.
* Create visually appealing graphics and videos for social media posts and various channels.
* Event support and execution of GTS events, exhibitions, roadshows, seminar/ webinars.
* Create and manage merchandising design and production.
* Collaborate with team members to optimise automation and lead-nurturing process through email, content, events, and social channels.
* Assist in execution of marketing plans to reach audiences through targeted channels.
* Create and distribute monthly reports on critical metrics for lead generation, content creation, website traffic, and other KP ls.
* Assist marketing manager in the development and execution of campaigns, including content creation, new-product launches, social media, upselling, cross-selling, and sales enablement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in marketing, communications, or related field.
* Minimum 3 years of working experience as a Marketing Specialist or similar roles.
* Minimum of 12 months experience working in the professional turf industry.
* Experience working with the products services used in the professional turf industry including plant protection, plant nutrition, equipment, and analytical diagnostic reporting.
* Intimate knowledge of Unleashed software.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Proficiency in full Microsoft Office & G-suite, Adobe, video editing tools, email marketing platforms, Shopify, and analytics.
* Can work autonomously and be a great collaborator at the same time.
* Willingness to learn.
* Well-organised and able to meet important deadlines.
* Ability to manage and build positive relationships with all internal and external stakeholders.
* Proficiency with content management systems.
* Experience in planning and leading initiatives.
