Your new role
You will primarily be responsible Providing level 1 desktop support.
You will bring a level of passion for assisting and guiding people through their IT problems as well as problem solving their queries.
You will play an important role as part of representing the IT at the local level focusing on end user computing priorities.
What you'll need to succeed
* To be successful in this role, you should possess demonstrated experience in Level 1 Desktop Support
* Have experience with Microsoft 365, Teams Telephony, Mobile Device Management, Domino Lotus Notes, Adobe Acrobat, Windows 10, Multifunction Devices with Follow Me Print and Case Management Systems preferable
* Managing New Starters with IT Hardware provisioning and performing IT Inductions and Compiling IT User Guides & Process Documentation
* Performing IT Asset Management of desktop hardware, mobile devices, SIM cards & peripherals
* Support & troubleshoot audio visual equipment including ensuring that rooms for Conferences are set up correctly with the audio visual equipment before use
* Raise IT requests with our external IT provider for account creation, following up tickets and ensuring quality assurance checks on new devices
* Asset management power chargers and head sets mobile phones and sim cards spreadsheet creation and monitoring for assets
* Experience with Crestron hardware preferable
