About The Role
What makes being a Baker at our Customer Fulfilment Centre special? We recognize that baking is not just a trade but also a passion. You will be responsible for producing high-quality baked goods, fresh breads, and other bakery products according to production plans, ensuring they meet our quality and availability standards for customer orders directly shipped from the CFC to homes.
About You And Your Skills
Baking Trade Certificate or Diploma qualification
Experience in a fast-paced bakery environment, including remaining calm under pressure and working to deadlines
A passion for baking and pride in your work that ensures excellent customer service
Experience working as a baker in a supermarket or food manufacturing facility
Commitment to safety standards
Ability to stand for long periods and perform moderate to heavy lifting and reaching
