Job Opportunity:
As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of residential properties. Your duties include interacting with landlords and tenants, conducting property inspections, advertising vacant properties, negotiating tenancy agreements, collecting rental payments, and maintaining accurate records.
* Liaise with landlords and tenants regarding queries or issues
* Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance and coordinate maintenance/repairs as needed
* Utilize local market knowledge to effectively advertise vacant properties
* Negotiate & prepare tenancy agreements ensuring adherence to relevant legislation requirements
Collection management services including timely collection of rental payments.
