I'm looking for a Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Application Specialist to join a high-performing Oracle Applications team. In this key role, you'll provide second-level technical and functional support across the Oracle HCM Cloud platform covering Core HR, Talent Management, Performance Management, Taleo, and Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC). What You'll Be Doing Provide second-level application support for Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, ORC, Taleo, etc.) Troubleshoot workflows, performance issues, integrations, and data/security errors Manage and enhance approval workflows (BPM), integrations, and user access Perform impact assessments and testing for Oracle Cloud quarterly updates Write and debug SQL queries; support TCC and ORC integrations Collaborate with HR business partners and technical teams to resolve incidents and enhance system usability What You'll Bring Proven (7-10 years) experience across Oracle HCM Cloud modules, especially Core HR, ORC, and Taleo (TEE). Advanced SQL, HDL, and TCC scripting knowledge. Hands-on experience with BPM workflows and security configurations. Ability to analyse, troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues. Familiarity with Oracle's Redwood UX and AI Agent features is highly desirable. Experience maintaining and troubleshooting BPM tasks in both Core HR and ORC would be awesome. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
